Sometimes the Legrand Outlook Add-In gets automatically disabled.
To re-enable the Add-in follow these steps:
- Start Outlook
- Click on the File menu
- In the navigation pane, click Options
- Click on Add-Ins in the left menu
- then look in the Add-Ins list to see if Legrand Outlook Add-In is in the Inactive or Disabled lists.
- If it is in InActive or Disabled list, then click on the Legrand Outlook Add-In name to select it,
- then go to "Manage COM Add-ins" at the bottom of the screen and click "Go..."
Click on the Legrand Outlook Add-In and tick the selection checkbox to activate it.
