Sometimes the Legrand Outlook Add-In gets automatically disabled.

To re-enable the Add-in follow these steps:

  1. Start Outlook 
  2. Click on the File menu
  3. In the navigation pane, click Options



  4. Click on Add-Ins in the left menu
  5. then look in the Add-Ins list to see if Legrand Outlook Add-In is in the Inactive or Disabled lists.
  6. If it is in InActive or Disabled list, then click on the Legrand Outlook Add-In name to select it,
  7. then go to "Manage COM Add-ins" at the bottom of the screen and click "Go..."


Click on the Legrand Outlook Add-In and tick the selection checkbox to activate it.
