Job templates are efficient when you need to create multiple jobs with the same tasks for different companies.
In the Jobs module screen, click on the ‘ADD’ drop-down and select ‘Add New Job Template’.
Enter in the appropriate details.
You can edit the entries to the ‘type’ drop down menu by clicking on the green plus circle icon.
When you have completed the job template, you can add tasks to it by selecting the template and clicking the green circle icon.
