When in the Jobs module click on the ‘ADD’ drop-down and select ‘Add New Job’.


You can either select from a saved template or create a new job. Note that reoccurring Jobs can only be set when a template is selected to create the new job.


You can edit the entries to the ‘type’ drop down menu by clicking on the green plus circle icon.


Fill in the required fields and press Save.


You can add any number of task within each job by clicking the green plus symbol and adding the task detail. It is optional to include time budgeted.
